Lorna's sessions are the perfect end to my week. I love the atmosphere she creates as she anchors you in the space and expertly guides you through a well structured practice. A year in, I can't imagine my Friday mornings without Lorna's sessions.

Lorna's classes cater for all abilities, the classes are an opportunity to concentrate just on yourself for an hour. I have been coming to Lorna's yoga classes for a while, each class is very different, energising yet I leave with a calm still mind, which is very unusual for me. I have a few injuries and Lorna is always intuitive and happy to give me alternative moves to benefit me and to fit in with the rest of the class.  It's the time of week that I look forward to not just for my body, which feels recharged afterwards but for my mental health too.

Having attended Lorna's yoga classes for over 2 years, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her enthusiasm to help us be the best we can be and her patience with helping us into correct poses for our ability is great. Always offering variations of a pose so we can push ourselves within our own limits. The transition to online classes has been seamless and I still feel like I'm getting a personal class with her. That said, I can't wait to get back to in-person classes! Lorna is a fab teacher and I look forward to my classes with her

​Thoroughly recommend LDV yoga, I joined as a complete beginner, Lorna is so friendly and took on board what I was looking to get out of the class and gave me alternatives to some of the complicated moves due to a shoulder problem.

I’ve attended Lorna’s classes face to face and now on zoom, Lorna is calm and reassuring as we go through the postures, she demonstrates everything, her class is easy to follow and she is able to suggest other ways of doing things as I've a knee problem. I look forward to her classes and will continue them when lockdown is over. She always checks everyone is okay and I really enjoy relaxation at the end of the class.
