GENTLE AND RESTORATIVE YOGA
First Tuesday of the month 7:30pm - 8:45pm
Gentle and Restorative yoga class focuses on relaxing the body and mind by moving through postures slowly and holding gentle postures for longer periods of time allowing the mind to arrive in the body, there will be extended periods for mindfulness and relaxation and elements of Yin Yoga incorporated, allowing for full nourishment of mind and body.

Classes can be booked as a course of 4 weeks or as drop in, if there is availability.
Flow Yoga is a mixed ability yoga class, the style of yoga taught is Hatha and incorporates dynamic and static postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness relaxation, cultivating calmness and awareness of mind and body, improving flexibility, stamina and strength.
